NASCAR power rankings: The best drivers head to Circuit of the Americas this week

The NASCAR Cup Series is racing at Circuit of the Americas (COTA) for the first time this weekend. The EchoPark Texas Grand Prix is Sunday, May 23 at 2:30 p.m. on FS1. Below are the Charlotte Observer’s NASCAR power rankings for the week of May 17.
