Here’s a quick look at awards I would give if the “Academy Awards of Sports” existed….

Best Actor in a Leading Role – Steph Curry –  Is there a more entertaining player to watch in all of sports?

Best Actor in a Supporting Role – Luke Walton –  He will be a footnote in history but what he accomplished as an interim coach was phenomenal.

Best Actress in a Leading Role – Serena Williams –  She is the Meryl Streep of female sports.

Best Actress in a Supporting Role –  Holly Holm –  Knocking out Rhonda Rousey deserves an award.

Best Costume Design – Russell Westbrook –  He’s the Lady Gaga of post game press conferences.

Best Picture – Crying Jordan –  Never gets old.

Best Producer – AL MVP Josh Donaldson –  297 batting average, 122 runs scored, 41 doubles, 41 home runs, and 123 RBIs

Best Director – John Elway.  Put together a championship team with a QB who couldn’t throw over 40 yards and a defense that made Big Ben, Brady and Cam look pedestrian is quite the feat.
