CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Chase Elliott finally had his say after Wednesday night’s Cup race that ended in dramatic fashion.While running in the top-three of what turned out to be the final laps of NASCAR’s second race at Darlington Raceway, Elliott’s No. 9 car was tapped by No. 18 driver Kyle Busch, causing Elliott to spin out and ruin his chances for a top-three finish.Elliott then hopped out of his wrecked car and raised a socially-distant middle finger to Busch, who was driving by on his next lap.
