Tennessee freshman and former E. Forsyth girls volleyball standout Kadynce Booth joins the show. Kadynce talks about her time at East Forsyth and how she discovered volleyball. Kadynce reveals her unique story in the recruiting process and why she committed to be a Tennessee Volunteer. Kadynce just finished the spring season and discusses her offseason plans heading into the fall season.

Former Grimsley QB Alonza Barnett III joins the show. Alonza discusses his background in football and time at Grimsley. Alonza tells his recruiting story and why James Madison was the right place for him. Alonza reveals his offseason goals and how he is preparing for the freshman season.

NW Guilford Girls Soccer Coach Terry Murphy joins the show. Coach gives his background growing up in VA Beach before going on to Auburn University. Coach recaps the 2022 soccer campaign so far and what’s been instrumental to the success. Coach gives his tips to young coaches in the profession.
