Duke vs. Virginia: The Cavaliers got their 2020 season started with a 38-20 home victory over Duke. Playing in his first game as the starting quarterback, Brennan Armstrong played very well, especially in the second half. Armstrong finished the game with 269 yards and two touchdowns passing and ran for 47 yards and another touchdown. Wide receiver Lavel Davis Jr. caught four balls for 101 yards and two touchdowns for UVA. The Virginia defense picked off five Duke passes as the Blue Devils had seven total turnovers in the game.
