UNC falls to Boston College 71-70

Boston College vs. North Carolina: Boston College snapped a 12-game losing streak to the Tar Heels with the 71-70 road win in Chapel Hill on Saturday. Jared Hamilton led the way for the Eagles with 18 points on 6-of-12 shooting and came up with huge plays late, including sinking two of three foul shots after being fouled on a three-point attempt with 17 seconds remaining to give the Eagles the lead for good. Cole Anthony made his return for the Tar Heels after missing eleven games due to injury. Anthony scored a game-high 26 points in the loss, making 14-of-14 foul shots along the way.
