The Eagles defeated rival West Forsyth Friday night 45-35 to clinch the Central Piedmont Conference crown for the second season in a row! The Eagles finished 9-1 overall, 6-1 in conference and landed the 7 seed in the 4A West Regional for the 2023 NCHSAA State Playoffs vs Page.
