Baseball is in danger of inadvertently affixing a scarlet “C” to players and teams affected by the COVID-19 outbreak.It starts at the top with MLB Commissioner Rob Manfred, who lumped all players together when he told ESPN they “need to be better” in following the health and safety protocols issued by the league.
