Panthers release LB K’Lavon Chaisson ahead of season-opener vs. Saints

The Carolina Panthers have released veteran linebacker K’Lavon Chaisson days before the team kicks off the 2024 season against the New Orleans Saints. Chaisson signed with the Panthers in March after spending his first four seasons with the Jacksonville Jaguars. Chaisson was selected by the Jaguars at No. 20 overall in the 2020 NFL Draft. He played college football at LSU where he helped the team win a national championship in 2019.
