Panthers Ending Facility Agreement: NFL World Reacts

By Matt Hladik The Carolina Panthers‘ plans to build a team facility in Rock Hill, South Carolina have been terminated, according to the latest reports. Construction on the 240-acre property was stopped last month, per the Charlotte Observer. The reason was because of a disagreement between Tepper Sports & Entertainment, which represents the Panthers, and the city of Rock Hill. Tepper Sports is claiming that Rock Hill has neglected to contribute the financial support it promised, while the city is saying it has made good on its commitments.
