Panthers Are Trying Out Former Cowboys Wide Receiver

By Andrew Gould The Carolina Panthers worked out wide receiver Ryan Switzer on Tuesday, according to Pro Football Talk’s Michael David Smith. Switzer is aiming to play his first NFL game since 2019. After spending most of 2020 on the Cleveland Browns’ practice squad, a foot injury sent him to the injured reserve last summer. Drafted in the fourth round by the Dallas Cowboys, Switzer served primarily as a special teamer during his 2017 rookie campaign.
