Carolina Panthers (3-7) running back Miles Sanders is considered day-to-day with a foot/ankle injury, per Ian Rapoport of NFL Network. Sanders, carted off the field in the first half of this past Sunday’s 20-17 Week 10 victory over the New York Giants (2-8) in Munich, could miss “a little time” with the injury.
