
Wake Forest vs. Louisville: The No. 5 Louisville Cardinals had to rally in the 2nd half for a 86-76 win over Wake Forest at home on Wednesday. The Cardinals trailed by 12 points at halftime, but a total team effort helped them outscore the Demon Deacons 52-30 in the second half on the way to the win. Six players scored in double figures for the Cards, led by Jordan Nwora’s 21 points on 6-of-12 shooting. Lamarr “Fresh” Kimble continuously hit big shots, scoring all 14 of his points in the second half. Wake got off to a hot start and built a 15-point lead in the first half on 6% shooting, but the Louisville defense held the Deacs to just 30% shooting in the second half.
