LaMelo Ball just set another NBA record as Charlotte Hornets blowout Houston Rockets

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Rookie LaMelo Ball hit seven 3-pointers Monday, and the Charlotte Hornets played exceptional fourth-quarter defense in a 119-94 victory over the Houston Rockets at Spectrum Center. The Rockets scored a single point in the first eight minutes of the fourth quarter. Meanwhile, Ball, the No. 3 overall draft pick, made seven of 12 attempts from 3, tying a team record for 3s in a game by a rookie.
