CHARLOTTE, N.C. — It started great, with the Charlotte Hornets shooting 71% in the first quarter. Then they looked like a team that hadn’t played in nine months. The Toronto Raptors built a lead of 20 or more in the first three quarters, and cruised to a 111-100 preseason victory at Spectrum Center. These two teams play again Monday night, also in Charlotte.
