BREAKING NEWS: Grimsley DE Bryce Davis Flips Commitment, Choses Duke Over Clemson

In a stunning turn of events, Grimsley High School’s four-star edge rusher, Bryce Davis, has announced that he is decommitting from Clemson University and pledging his allegiance to Duke University. The news comes just months after Davis initially committed to the Tigers in July.

In a statement to On3 Recruits, Davis expressed his excitement about joining the Blue Devils: “I love the culture, I love the people, and I love what they are building at Duke. It’s time to be different. Bleed Blue.”

Davis, a 6’4″, 255-pound standout from Greensboro, North Carolina, is considered one of the top defensive line prospects in the country. His decision to flip his commitment to Duke is a significant boost for the Blue Devils’ recruiting efforts.

As Davis prepares for his senior season at Grimsley, all eyes will be on him to see how he performs on the field and if his decision to join Duke will pay off in the long run.
