According to NFL insider Ian Rapoport, the New Orleans Saints and Carolina Panthers have made offers for Watson. Per the report, the two teams are “likely to meet with him soon.” The Saints and Panthers aren’t the only teams planning to get in on the Watson sweepstakes though.
