By Chris Rosvoglou Following a second-place finish at the All-Star race this past weekend, Bubba Wallace was spotted flipping the bird on pit road. He was not fined for this gesture. NASCAR didn’t penalize Wallace for flipping the bird because he made that gesture to a friend. Although it was considered inappropriate, it wasn’t seen as a malicious act. Though it’s not a surprise, several NASCAR fans complained about this decision.
