The 5th annual Josh Level Classic All Star Basketball game will be streamed via on Saturday May 19th at 7pm.

The event will be held at Dudley High School in Greensboro, NC. Tickets are $10 at the door. 

The first Josh Level Classic was organized in 2014 as a tribute to Level, who collapsed during a basketball game in Winston-Salem and later died of myocarditis, a viral infection that attacks the heart muscle. He was a student at New Garden Friends School in Greensboro. 

The annual game has turned into an event, with all stars from across North Carolina participating in the event. Former players in the event include UNC’s Theo Pinson and Brandon Huffman, Duke’s Harry Giles, and NC State’s Dennis Smith Jr. Giles and Smith Jr are currently in the NBA. This year, 5 star Duke Signee Joey Baker and McDonald’s All American and UNC five star signee Coby White lead the talented stocked rosters. 

Josh Level Classic will be streaming the event for $8 for the game. Viewers can also elect to only pay $4.99 to access all Netcast Sports Content with a monthly subscription. All proceeds from the event will be donated to Smile For Josh Foundation. 

Local radio personalities will be involved in the event as well. 

From 102 Jamz, morning show personalities B Daht and Drankins will be coaching each squad. 

WSJS Sports personality and SportsCarolina Monthly owner Desmond Johnson will be handling play by play duties for the streaming broadcast along with color commentator Ray Maisonet, host of “The RAM Report” podcast.
